Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
