Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, uphold company policies, and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies, inventory procedures, and company guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
