Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
