Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
