Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain a clean store environment.
• Operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
