Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with your ALDI team and providing excellent customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
