Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide efficient cashiering services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
