Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
