Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This full-time position offers great benefits and competitive pay, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and procedural improvements.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
