Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Work independently and within a team environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
