Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a valued team member, you will collaborate closely with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
