Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member and help create a superior shopping experience for our customers. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
