Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves and performing general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
