Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
