Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
