Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays
• Providing excellent customer service
• Collaborating with team members and store management
• Assisting with inventory management
• Operating cash registers efficiently

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
