Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's efficiency, including stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
