Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide superior customer service, assist customers with inquiries, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and multitask.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
