Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and carrying products

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail operations is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
