Job Description

We are looking for Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory checks
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
