Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide prompt customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Work within company standards, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
