Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital member of our store, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive outstanding service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Conduct inventory counts and report product issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
