We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback on inventory and product issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow company policies.
