Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
