Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold the ALDI standard.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with shopping, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and multitask efficiently.
