Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service.

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
