Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
