Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, assisting customers, and supporting the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment effectively and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
