Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining a clean store environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
