Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This is a full-time position, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, handle inventory, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.
