Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Performing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise displays are neat.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and upholding company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
