Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in teams.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience desirable.
