Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position involves a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays neatly, process customer purchases, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.
• Participate in store inventory counts and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as required.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
