Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, interacting with customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
