Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adherence to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
