Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
