Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and working collaboratively with our team. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform various other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
