Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, handling customer transactions, and providing outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
