Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI's values in all interactions
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure accuracy and security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
