Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a part of our team, you will handle various responsibilities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through outstanding service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct inventory tasks and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
