Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and contribute to achieving a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
