Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store environment. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and conduct routine cleaning tasks.
• Contribute feedback on inventory, product quality, and any operational issues to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
