Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and store management
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in inventory management
• Operate cash registers efficiently
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
