Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, prioritize security, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, standing, lifting, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Skilled in general cleaning duties and following company procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
