Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store operations and providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized at all times.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and appropriately.
• Experience with general cleaning duties in accordance with company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
