Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. As a Store Team Member, you will handle various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing.

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product issues and help with inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience is preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
