Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and procedural improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is favorable
