Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and providing outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform store tasks including stocking, cashiering, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with store management on product feedback and store issues.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
