Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining a clean store environment, you will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
