Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to ensure top-notch customer service. Working collaboratively with our ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and maintain professionalism
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and established procedures
• Participate in inventory management and store counts

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
